...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Louisiana... Bogue Falaya River At Boston St in Covington affecting St. Tammany Parish. Bogue Falaya River At Camp Covington affecting St. Tammany Parish. .The river forecast includes 48 hours of forecasted rainfall. These river forecasts could change based on how Tropical Storm Arthur or its remnants tracks across Louisiana and Mississippi late tonight and Thursday. Interests along the rivers should monitor the forecast closely and be prepared for significant flooding. For the Bogue Falaya...including Camp Covington, Boston St in Covington...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Bogue Falaya River at Boston St in Covington. * WHEN...Until late Sunday night. * IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, There will be more widespread flooding around the grounds of the Christ Episcopal School and Bogue Falaya River Park. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 5.1 feet. - Bankfull stage is 4.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight to a crest of 11.5 feet Friday morning. It will then fall below flood stage Sunday evening. - Flood stage is 6.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 11.3 feet on 01/12/2013. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
