In northeast Texas, Anderson, Henderson and Leon. In south central Texas, Milam and Robertson. * WHEN...Through this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Slow moving thunderstorms may result in widespread rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches in a short period of time. Isolated additional totals in excess of 4-5 inches will be possible through this evening. - weather.gov/safety/flood

Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 843 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the area. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Bellmead, Lacy-Lakeview, Hallsburg, Northcrest, Tradinghouse Creek Reservoir, Leroy, Axtell and Elm Mott.
