Runoff from this rainfall will inundate several low water crossings around Leasburg, Hill, and Dona Ana...including several crossings on northern reaches of Del Rey Boulevard and La Reina Road. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Flash flooding of arroyos, low water crossings, urban areas, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
