Minor flooding due to heavy rainfall is possible. Locations impacted include... Jacksonville, Callahan, Jacksonville International Arpt, Cisco Gardens, Ortega, Bryceville, Nassau Village-Ratliff, Ratliff, Oceanway, and Normandy.
